Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Funeral Blues ( W.H.Auden)
Stop all the clocks,
cut off the telephone,
Prevent he dog from barking with a juicy bone,
Silence the pianos
and with muffled drum
Bring out the coffin,
let the mourners come.
Let aeroplanes circle moaning overhead
Scribbling on the sky the message:
He Is Dead.

Cheek to cheek
is a song written by Irving Berlin, and first performed by Fred Astaire in the movie Top Hat (1935). His 1935 recording with the Leo Reisman Orchestra was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2000.*
Cheek to Cheek Heaven, I'm in Heaven
and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
and I seem to find the happiness I seek
when we're out together dancing Cheek to Cheek
Heaven, I'm in Heaven
and the cares that hang around me thro' the week
seem to vanish like a gambler's lucky streak
when we're out together dancing Cheek to Cheek
Oh, I love to climb a mountain
and to reach the highest peak
but it doesn't thrill me half as much
as dancing Cheek to Cheek
Oh, I love to go out fishing
in a river or a creek
but I don't enjoy it half as much
as dancing Cheek to Cheek
Dance with me. I want my arms about you
the charm about you will carry me through
To Heaven, I'm in heaven
and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
and I seem to find the happiness I seek
when we're out together dancing Cheek to Cheek
Oh, I love to climb a mountain
and to reach the highest peak
but it doesn't thrill me half as much
as dancing Cheek to Cheek
Oh, I love to go out fishing
in a river or a creek
but I don't enjoy it half as much
as dancing Cheek to Cheek
Dance with me. I want my arms about you
the charm about you will carry me through
To Heaven, I'm in Heaven
and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak
and I seem to find the happiness I seek
when we're out together dancing

Cheek to Cheek
Guancia A Guancia Paradiso, mi sento in paradiso,
E il mio cuore batte così forte che a malapena riesco a parlare;
E mi sembra di trovare la felicità che cerco
Quando balliamo insieme, guancia a guancia.
Paradiso, mi sento in paradiso
Oh! Adoro andare a pesca
In un fiume o un’insenatura
Ma non mi diverte neanche la metà
Che ballare guancia a guancia.
Balla con me
Voglio il mio braccio intorno a te;
l’incanto che ti circonda
mi porterà in paradiso.
Mi sento in paradiso,
E il mio cuore batte così tanto che a malapena riesco a parlare;
E mi sembra di trovare la felicità che cerco
Quando balliamo insieme guancia a guancia.
The song is probably most famous for its opening lines, "Heaven, I'm in heaven, and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak..." and quickly became a standard of the Great American Songbook.*
