Beh alla fine meglio così, si sa che il 90% delle persone che va ad Amsterdam per prendere funghi o altre cose, non ha assolutamente idea di quello che sta facendo e ogni tanto purtroppo ci scappa il morto.

Il restante 10% non credo che si dispererà,tanto le spore chi le può fermare?

se non ricordo male in olanda vogliono vietare anche le spore

oltre agli psilocybe, sono vietate anche le amanite e gli altri funghi psicoattivi noti (in totale 186 specie)

l'olanda è ufficialmente diventata + proibizionista dell'italia in materia di funghi.

alcune news sulla cannabis nei paesi bassi:

domenica scorsa il leader dei cristiano-democratici ha chiesto in parlamento un divieto totale a carico dei coffee shops http://www.nrc.nl/international/arti...s_coffee_shops

recentemente il partito cristiano-democratico olandese (CDA), il primo partito olandese, ha fatto presente la necessità di chiudere i coffee shops situati a meno di 500 metri dalle scuole elementari, e 250 metri dalle scuole secondarie
ciò significa che circa il 70 per cento di tutti i coffeshops di Amsterdam dovranno chiudere le loro porte
questo nuovo regolamento entrerà in vigore nel 2011


intanto due città olandesi al confine col Belgio hanno annunciato che a partire da febbraio chiuderanno i coffee shops per 'mettere fine alla seccatura di migliaia di turisti della droga francesi e belgi'
le due città, che hanno annunciato l'iniziativa con un comunicato, sono Roosendaal e Bergen-op-Zoom, entrambe nel sud-est del paese
provvedimenti simili sono annunciati anche a Terneuzen, dove ha sede il più grande coffee shop del Paese: qui per maggio 2009 è annunciata una riduzione della quantità vendibile e degli orari di apertura

In the morning of tuesday 25 november we sue the ministry in court. The whole mushroom industry united to hire juridical expertise. We will ask the judge to postpone the ban on mushrooms. If we do not succeed mushrooms are illegal on december 1.


This specific court case is a "kortgeding". It can be seen as a blitz attempt to block the new law. (www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preliminary_injunction). Our lawyer is excellent. We will present a 40 page scientific document. It will be backed by a 400 page scientific document. All scientists in the world that we interviewed have declared that the mushroom is not dangerous. The ministry will have no solid arguments to support their actions. The judge will need to have a lot of willpower to stop the ministry, though. It does not happen very often.

Hereby we summarize the main reasons that mushrooms cannot be banned:

The ministry has a duty to do research if they want to ban a substance. They did not do research according to scientific standards. They rejected good research ( http://www.erowid.org/plants/mushroo...ms_health1.pdf ).

- There have been technical errors in the legal procedure. These errors are against the constitution.

- The list of 186 mushrooms that should be banned was written by amateurs. It was copypasted from Wikipedia and some quick Google searches.

- Many land owners will be criminals because these mushrooms grow everywhere.

- The UnitedNations (INCB) declare mushrooms legal. A country has the right to ban the mushroom. But it should come with good arguments.

- All the mushroom incidents have not been backed by research. Incidents have only happend in combination with other drugs (such as alcohol and mdma). There have been no pure mushroom incidents. There is no proof that mushrooms are dangerous to public health. On the contrary. There are scientific researches that conclude that mushrooms are medicines against obsessive compulsive behaviour, cluster headaches and depression.

- The government did not take the legal rights of the mushroom industry into consideration. We made investments. They shut down our market within non reasonable time. If they do not give us respect we demand compensation.

Of course the Christians want the Bible to have the monopoly on visions. We dont believe in Fairy Tales anymore.

4 giorni fa trovati funghi secchi nello smartshop di fronte al mercato dei fiori. probabilmente lasciano finire le scorte e perciò si trovano ancora senza problemi dato che li aveva nella vetrinetta.
